It's fascinating that all major media in the U.S., along with all Congressional Democrats, were once relentlessly and loudly chattering about the so-called interference in our elections by Russia.

Yet here we are (as this report by Lee and Jack reveals) with hard evidence of a foreign government's interference and social media censorship in our country, and all those same major media and Democratic Congressional voices are -- and surely will remain -- quite silent.

But their contradictions and the inconsistencies speak loudly regarding their cowardice.

Keep up the good work, Lee and Jack, and don't back down. Thank you!

I’ve simplified my view on this subject: Zionism is anti-semitic. It’s not a snarky, flippant opinion, but one I share even with some Rabbis who state clearly that it’s against the core beliefs of the Jewish religion. I don’t know much about the Jewish religion, but it sounds like this accords with what we have all observed. And the idea that there are ‘degrees’ of Zionism is no more credible than degrees of murder, degrees of racism. And it neatly solves the false dichotomy at the root of the shameful accusations against good people. Those who make accusations are so often projecting. It has to stop.

Any state based on race will eventually weaponize the ideological expectations for that race against the people of that race itself. That's exactly what happened with Zionism -- and now the Jews, especially any independent thinking Jews, are basically completely silenced by it, even though it's supposed to be for the Jews and by the Jews. One of the many contradictions of thinking we need states at all in order to function, that's another conversation though.

The foundation of the Jewish religion is anti semitic. The Tanakh contains the blue print for what Ben Gurion, military strategist and first prime minister of Israel, did during the ethnic cleansing of Palestine in 1948. Ben Gurion himself viewed the book of Joshua as inspiration for the Nakba. In the book of Joshua, Yahweh, the god Israelites believe and swear loyalty to, commands Joshua to commit genocide on the Canaanites (Palestinians) —aka Semites. Zionism is not an aberration from Judaism, it’s a logical expression.

As much as I appreciate Jewish rabbis opposing Zionism, they misrepresent the Jewish religion. The Torah encourages Israelites to enslave non Jews. People who say that Judaism is some kind of religion about universal kindness or compassion are gaslighting on behalf of a religion that has at its foundation commandments to murder and enslave people who aren’t members of that religion. Jews aren’t a race, anymore than Scientologists or Christians or Muslims. Bad religions should be disparaged. Not defended. People can leave.

Well this is going to take a second and maybe a third read for it sink in. There are a lot of moving parts. Thank you for contributing to my attempt of understanding the forces free speech is up against.

Great work, Lee Fang. That's why I subscribe to your blog.

The State of Israel is losing the narrative battle despite its systematic murders of Palestinian and other journalists (on the Lebanon border), despite banning Al Jazeera from Israel and the occupied territories, despite enlisting House Speaker Mike Johnson and most Congressmen to confound antisemitism and criticisms of Israeli genocidal conduct, despite Israel and its cutouts' intimidation of social media organizations, educational and cultural institutions.

This failure to completely censor and silence rests on one primary fact -- Israel's genocidal actions toward the Palestinian people. The world may not be aware of all Israel's war crimes, but it has seen enough to convince sizable majorities that Israel's spin and apologetics no longer land.

Hence its resort to brute thuggery of social media organizations like Meta that you so well document.

Unfortunately the commands to subjugate non Israelites is found in the Tanakh. It should be of no surprise that a sect of Judaism, Zionism, is attempting to control the speech and government of the United States on behalf of Israel, a state that is described in their supposedly sacred literature as being founded on the genocide and subjugation of non Israelites.

When Rome controlled Palestine in the first century, Jewish nationalists upset with their lot led revolts, using terrorism and assassination. The horrific outcomes of those revolts led rabbis to discourage more revolutions — but the root was never removed, and that is the Torah itself. With the 20th century and ww2, Jewish Nationalists saw an opportunity to re enact Joshua and 75 years of an apartheid and now a genocide followed. Ben Gurion himself invoked Joshua after the Nakba.

They now attempt to control US foreign and domestic policy for the benefit of that genocidal state. Any discussion of that fact is of course presented by sympathizers of the genocidal apartheid state as a form of racism akin to what the Nazis practiced. They are using a genocide as a way to try to shame, guilt, and terrorize people away from opposing their atrocities and trying to remove the U.S. government from assisting them. If that sounds horrifying and absurd. Well just read the Torah, the Talmud, and Maimonides. And it should all make sense.

Since the formation of the state of Israel, Israel has attacked a U.S. ship and napalmed its crew, the USS liberty. Stolen nuclear material and secrets. And attempted to stage a false flag terrorist operation targeting Americans and blaming it on the Muslim Brotherhood and communists — the Lavon Affair. The U.S. is dealing with its most sinister enemy since its inception.

Jews aren’t a race, anymore than Scientologists are a race. That claim was Nazi propaganda and now is used by Zionists to associate criticizing a religion with racism. If the most powerful and wealthy and zealous Scientologists conquered Mexico and setup an apartheid state, I don’t suspect there would be any hesitation from most Americans about disparaging Scientology or encouraging Scientologists who didn’t support the apartheid in Mexico to leave Scientology. Nor do I suspect there would be much support to give them unconditional tribute from tax coffers. Then again there isn’t a sect of Christianity that pines for the second coming of L Ron Hubbard that depends on Scientologists ruling Mexico in their theology.

The separation of church and state established in the first amendment was not intended to make criticizing religions by citizens a crime; in fact it was intended to prevent the government from making it so. Yet that is what Zionists, Jewish and Christian, are trying to do with regard to Judaism and Israel.

Can’t get the heathens punished for blaspheming Jesus but can get them punished for blaspheming Israel, cuz de holocaust. No number of human sacrifices are too much to ensure the return of their Dark Lord Volde… Jesus.

It is truly disgusting the way all these social media platforms fall all over themselves in catering to demands for censorship.

Why does one tiny country on the other side of the world continue to exert so much influence over our social discourse, and our government? US taxpayers get the privilege of watching our money finance the slaughter of civilians in Gaza, as Israel "defends itself." Then we get to see our online comments objecting to this situation removed or suppressed at the behest of Israeli-linked censors.

With 87K new *armed* IRS agents, taxpayers don't stand a chance. We might as well just call ourselves the United States of Israel, at this point.

We continue to see the results of group zealotry and declared victimhood continuing an age-old dispute. Stir in some fanfare and hype, rationalizing one’s own behavior, then closing of ranks around coveted myth at any cost. When an alternate account is offered for evaluation in earnest it provokes a “justified” large mobilization of intelligence personnel, politicians and lawyers.

No mistake, this is bullying by elitists who refuse to be human and admit fault, ever. Fearful “Leaders” inhibiting real human progress.

Phrases like “critical of… [Israel’s] occupation of Palestine,” written without caveats, without definition of what territory should become an independent state of Palestine, give an unfortunate hint of bias in an otherwise excellent article, especially since the most vocal critics would say the whole region should be Palestine with no legitimate place for Israel.
