Lee. I tried to take advantage of this subscription offer but I couldn't. It is advertised as $48 on the app on my phone. But when I tried to enter my data, it refused, saying I was already a subscriber. When I tried to change my subscription to annual on the website on my PC, it charged me $60. It is not that the $12 is a big deal, but why did this sale fail?
Do I need to cancel my subscription and resubscribe for it to succeed? What is going on there?
